Calories are not fat cells in food form. They are energy and fuel for our bodies. The ONLY energy source for our bodies.
You burn alot of energy and use alot of fuel, you need it refuel your body.
I eat 2000+ calories because I workout loads and I don’t want my body to suffer and not be able to run at 100%.
Healthy calories make all the different between a 2000 calories of crap and 2000 calories of health food.
